It depends on the maximum temperature was equal to the higher number, but as they say, should be low, 25 to 35 pounds of 150-200lbs. Also in this all changes with the heat load in the car.

I service my car this week, with AC-Tek-Red kit, so I know the answer.

Running the pressure must be between 30-38 psi. You can visit the site if you wish.
