How many Flintstone's vitamins equal one adult daily vitamin? - daily adult
Vitamins adults vomit, a friend suggested I take Flintstone chewable vitamins (delicious!). He did not say how many vitamins if I should take a day.
I am a 26yo / F, has never been or will be pregnant, average weight and generally healthy.

when I was pregnant, prenatal vitamins he gave me made me sick, so my dr. told me on two Flintstones vitamins make claims (they claim to go totally sure) every day ..
So I think two is enough.
In reality they have only a small difference Flinstone vitamins for adults. You get a little more than Flintstones and things are a bit less than others, but most are closed. My doctor told me that I would be one and very close to taking a vitamin for adults.
